(viii) coordinate the public`s engagement with the partisan information and the assessment report under the BC Act and the impact assessment report in accordance with subsection 28(2) of the Act of Canada, hereinafter referred to as `impact assessment reports`; (ii) The Agency and the EAO shall examine the project, cross-border concerns and any impact assessment of the project, including opportunities for cooperation. The Agency and the EAO shall endeavour to establish a procedure for the development and verification of any conditions for decision statements and draft environmental assessment certificates in order to achieve the objectives referred to in paragraph 1 of this Section. . . .
